	Inter-Island Moving Services Inter-Island moves are moves that are performed within the the state of Hawaii from one of the individual islands to another individual island. Any relocation that is performed on a specific island to a destination on the same island is considered a Local Moving Service. The local move service is our most exclusive. That means that a truck with a moving crew will be designated solely to perform your move, from start to finish. A local move may take a couple of hours or a couple of days, based on the size and the services requested. All American Moving, Inc. will perform your move within your requested time frame. We are fully aware of the many factors involved in selecting a moving date, such as closing date, lease expiration, family matters, work schedule, and restrictions of building managements. That is why we give great attention to our customers' moving time requirements. Moves are charged a competitive hourly rate, determined by the number of movers and trucks required for the move. All American Moving, Inc. operates up-to-date moving trucks equipped with the latest in safety features and moving equipment. NOTE: All rates for local moving within the island of Oahu are regulated by the Public Utilities Commission. The charges are based upon time and material that is used to complete the move. The hourly labor rates are based upon a “portal-to-portal” service.
